Changing the narrative in the head has always been the hardest part. From being a chronic complainer to taking the path of self-discipline was really a tough one. This era of entrepreneurship and hustle culture has had influenced me but had never prompted me to take any action. However, things took a positive turn when I started taking care of my physical well-being.
I never knew taking care of physical health will result in such positive changes: My outlook on life changed, I started addressing deepest insecurities and overall, I felt happier. Throughout my weight loss journey, I was just focused on overcoming my everyday habit of telling excuses to myself. Along the way, I also learnt how being committed to something can provide you the positivity you need to face the challenges life throws at you. And most of all, how it can help you gain the self-respect you need to change the narrative in your head.
