How can we drive stress free?

Drive Stress Free

Drive Stress Free

  • Leave on time if you have to be somewhere on time.
  • Keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you.
  • Go with the flow of traffic, not considerably faster or slower.
  • Don’t pay too much attention to vehicles behind you.
  • Avoid rush hour city driving.
  • Let other people do what they want to do, even if you think they are in the wrong.
  • Pay attention to your surroundings. Know what other drivers will do before they do it.
  • Be prepared to correct other people’s mistakes.
  • Use cruise control.
  • Keep to the right except to pass.

The goal is actually to learn how to transform drive stress free into confident and efficient accomplishment and not avoid stress.

Stress is a form of worry+fear and when we practice gaining understanding and skill, worry+fear fade.

And then we’ll see that what earlier caused us stress is now being an opportunity to display (and further refine) our skills and grow in capability.

This is the routine that an athlete learns along with students taking advanced courses, etc..

I hope this helps.
