Struggles to Triumphs: EnR Cloud’s Road to success for every journey that starts, there is a strong push of supporters and critics alike.
From inception to the pinnacle of success, our story of EnR Cloud has also seen its twists and turns, with some life-changing detours.
For Amit Bhateja, the birth of EnR came quite by chance but it is a chance, that comes only to a few. Before COVID stuck, Amit had over 15 years of Sales, Retention and Customer services experience especially in direct sales.
His sales acumen includes major brands like HT Media Limited (both Print and Online Sales), and Religare Technologies Ltd. (IT Sales), HT Media Limited (Shine.com from June’2011 to July 2016) (Education Sales from 2011 to 2016), Netcore Cloud Private Limited (Saas and MarTech Sales from August, 2016 to Oct, 2021) and Karix Mobile Private Limited (Cpass Sales – November’21 to Jan’2023).
On the fateful day of 17th January 2003, Amit decided to start his entrepreneurial journey in the ever-expanding field of MarTech.
Unfortunately, during the rollercoaster ride of the next few months, they had to part ways with their investor because the ideologies were not on the same page. There was no question of looking back, and Amit decided to move forward with building our own MarTech to help industries by simplifying and streamlining the marketing process.
The Investor had given a commitment to hire a CTO to help along the process, but soon things turned inward towards reselling, which was not the idea he had in mind. On the 30th of April, they decided to part ways.
Entrepreneurship is a risky but potentially rewarding endeavor, and just this thought had me going. Soon, a group of friends joined hands to start the journey again. The roller-coaster ride, filled with ups and downs, was a profitable one and filled with valuable lessons along the way. As one of the partners decided to move back to his hometown, it did seem at a point that the road ended there.
Gods were kind on me, and my wife stepped up to fuel the burning passion for innovation and my dream to make a difference in my field of sales.
Thus, EnR Cloud was born on 10th September 2023.
We attributed the launch to Mr. Rajiv Soni, my ex-boss of Netcore whom we lost to Covid. The initial team of EnR was made up of just four members and our office was just a small room. Roadblocks and setbacks included doubts by friends and colleagues, cash crunches, and self-doubts.
Our team faced rejections, sleepless nights, and insecurities that made me question my decision to strike out alone. It seemed giving up was the only option. But through the struggles, I learned the meaning of resilience, and with the support of family, we ploughed through.
We took out loans to payout the salary and the EnR cloud team learned that failures are a stepping stones to successes. With each setback, we moved towards growth, learning, and refining our vision.
The day we got our GST number marked was an event we celebrated. In just less than a year since its inception, EnR Cloud has seen many milestones. We have published 6 client testimonials, including those from SMC Global Securities Limited, Addictive Learning Ltd. (LawSikho.com), KDK Software Private Limited (Expressgst), Letsshave.com, Bento Cakery, Stoxkart.com and even as we publish this, we are adding more laurels with our MarTech and Email Consultancy services.
This is not just my triumph. EnR Cloud MarTech is a 15+ team today, and it is a testament to how the power of persistence and determination can beat all the odds.
The unwavering support of my wife, and team, and the faith of clients is the driving force behind all this. We are a customer-oriented business. Our core values prioritize boosting employee self-confidence and giving the team the tools and decree to do things their way. To celebrate this success, our team recently celebrated the Annual Operational Meet at Pangot, Nainital. It was just the recharge that our team needed- a respite from the hustle and bustle of the entrepreneurial work life.
The good, the bad and the in-between all foster the fact that success is not a straight line, it is a winding path, sometimes uncertain. Challenges will come and go but EnR Cloud is committed to never giving up on dreams. Our team inspires each other to reach new heights and strive for greatness.
