How to WIN a tough client:

3. Don’t try and solve their problem first up

4. Get to know them

5. Get to know the problem through them

6. Ask lots more questions

7. Ask for permission

8. Present a possible solution without ego

9. Gently follow up

10. Ask lots more questions

11. Don’t aim to win on the first call

Tough clients are often hard to win because they have dealt with someone in the past who didn’t listen and put their own interests first.

Show people who you are and be genuine about solving their problem.

Then, you might have a chance to win them as a client.
