Try laughing at Yoga.” I read this yesterday at a park while I was out jogging.

This really caught my attention, and I asked a boy standing there. He told me that a few old men come early in the morning, stand in a circle and laugh.

This got me thinking that we are so educated and modern and still we lack so many things.

We think laughing yoga is of no use.

When the truth is laughter relieves physical tension leaving the muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes. Also, it boosts the immune system by decreasing the secretion of stress hormones and increases the production of immune cells in the body.

Laughing is the best medicine for all the mental and physical problems we have.
