Customer retention is not only about selling the right products at the right time. But it is also about engaging with the customers, keeping the customers happy.

There are many ways through which customers can be engaged with the company is by conducting workshops, loyalty programs or by providing discounts.

Once there is positive engagement and feedback from the customers’ end, there are chances that the customer would stay for long and in fact refer to other people.

After all, Customer is the King and customer retention is the New Acquisition.
