Gamechanger

You will have to work from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm but we won’t pay you anything for it.” – said the hiring manager during an internship is the Gamechanger interview process “But sir if I am working, I should be paid some amount so that I can take care of my travel needs” – replied the candidate politely “Kid, this is an internship, and we will be giving you an opportunity to learn. You are paying hefty fees to your college for learning, at least we aren’t charging you anything.

We will be teaching you the corporate tactics for free. Be thankful for it”. -responded the hiring manager furiously Why is it that interns are considered as a burden and not an actual resource? This mindset has to change.

And in return, the organizations just give him/her a certificate, or a nominal salary (if applicable) Do you think the organizations (like above) are right to offer no stipend to the interns? How can this be stopped/controlled?
